Focus: Rewards Eligibility, AI Disclaimers, and User Conduct.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing CarBuyInsight.org or using the SignSpark App, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States.

2. Reward Program Rules

Instant Reward: The $15 reward is limited to the first 15 verified uploads per state. Verification is at the sole discretion of our AI and audit team.
Lucky Draw: Entry into the $500 Lucky Draw is automatic upon a valid upload. The draw occurs once the milestone of 1,000 contributions is reached. No purchase necessary to enter.
Duplicate Submissions: Users attempting to upload the same contract multiple times or using fraudulent documents will be banned and rewards forfeited.

3. User Representations

You represent that the document you upload is a true and correct copy of a contract you are legally authorized to possess. You agree not to upload documents containing sensitive information that the AI may fail to redact (e.g., handwritten notes containing SSNs).

4. AI Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

"As-Is" Service: Our Fairness Intelligence Report is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal or financial advice.
AI Accuracy: While our AI is designed for high-accuracy redaction and analysis, we do not guarantee 100% error-free processing. CarBuyInsight is not liable for any dealer negotiations or financial decisions made based on our reports.

5. Intellectual Property

By uploading a contract, you grant CarBuyInsight a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use the anonymized data for the purpose of building the Fairness Intelligence Network and training our AI models.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to the platform for users who engage in "gaming" the reward system or uploading non-vehicle purchase agreements.
